🎬 Video Editing Corrections Policy
At Digitech Media, we believe in collaboration and delivering high-quality results that align with your creative vision. To ensure a smooth and transparent editing experience, please review our correction policy below:
✅ Up to 3 Free Rounds of Corrections
We offer three complimentary rounds of edits on every video project. This includes minor changes such as trimming, color adjustments, adding or removing clips, or fine-tuning audio.
🔁 Additional Rounds of Corrections
If you require more than three rounds of edits, we’re happy to continue working with you. Any corrections beyond the third round will be billed at 50% of the original editing cost per round. This helps us maintain efficiency and dedicate focused time to your project.
📌 What Qualifies as a “Round of Correction”?
A round of correction is defined as a single batch of feedback sent at one time. We encourage you to review the video carefully and send all your notes together to make the most of each round.
🕒 Timely Feedback
To keep your project on schedule, we recommend submitting your feedback within 48 hours of receiving the edited draft. Delays in feedback may affect the overall timeline.

All disputes or legal matters related to our video editing services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Delhi High Court only.

By engaging Digitech Media for web design services, you agree to the following terms and conditions:
1. 💼 Project Scope
All web design projects will include the features, pages, and functionalities outlined in the agreed proposal or contract. Any requests beyond the defined scope may incur additional charges.
2. 📅 Timelines & Delivery
We aim to deliver all projects within the estimated timeframe discussed during onboarding. Timelines may be adjusted based on client responsiveness, change requests, or unforeseen circumstances.
Delayed content or approvals from the client may extend delivery times.
Final delivery dates will be confirmed once all content and inputs are received.
3. ✏️ Revisions
We offer up to 2 rounds of design revisions free of charge.
Additional revisions beyond the included rounds will be billed separately.
Each round must include a complete list of requested changes to be implemented together.
4. 💰 Payment Terms
A 50% advance payment is required to begin the project.
The remaining 50% is due upon project completion and before the final website is handed over or launched.
Payment methods accepted: Bank Transfer, UPI, or as agreed.
5. 🔐 Ownership & Rights
Upon final payment, the client will receive full ownership of the website and its content.
Digitech Media reserves the right to showcase completed work in our portfolio, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
6. 📂 Client Responsibilities
The client agrees to provide all necessary content (text, images, logos, etc.) in a timely manner.
If third-party assets are to be used (e.g. stock images, plugins), the client will bear the cost unless included in the package.
7. 🔧 Maintenance & Support
Post-launch support is not included unless specified in your package.
Website maintenance plans are available separately.
Bug fixes related to our work are covered for 30 days after launch.
8. 🧾 Cancellation & Refunds
If the client cancels the project before work begins, a full refund will be provided.
If the project is cancelled mid-way, only the unused portion of the work will be refunded (if applicable).
No refunds will be issued after the website has been delivered or launched.
